Pre-massage tips 

Make sure to drink enough water before receiving massage, hydrated muscles = happy muscles. If you're a new client, please arrive 10 minutes before your session. No need to hassle with the ATM- I accept all debit/credit cards. Your only mission now is to relax. 

Post-massage tips

Schedule time with yourself after your session to allow the benefits of your massage to sink in. Some great ways to amplify the effects of your massage are to do some gentle stretching or to enjoy a hot bath with epsom salts or essential oils.
